Refund and Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Regarding order cancellations or modification, you have 12h from the time you placed the order to cancel or ask for a modification to it. After that, you will not be able to cancel or modify your order for logistical reasons. You will have the possibility to return your order at your cost once you have received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Proof of postage

We strongly recommend you to get proof of postage and follow our returns process.


A proof of postage can be a proof of parcel deposit like a picture of your order at your post office. We strongly recommend you to take a picture of your deposit ticket in case of loosing it.

If we are asking for the proof of postage and you don’t have it, we can’t refund your money

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. All refunds are made within 30 to 90 days.
