The processing of your order takes 2 to 5 days. The free delivery requires a maximum of 15 to 25 working days from our team. We make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our goods.

If your order includes several items, it is possible that these will be sent separately, depending on available stocks and shipping warehouses. You will receive the rest of your order shortly.
In most situations, this size difference is perfectly normal. We use many Asian suppliers and, since sizes are smaller there, we adapt Asian sizes to Western sizes. So sometimes the labels are not the same as the ones you ordered, but don’t panic.

If your tracking shows your order as delivered, it is possible that your letter carrier put your package in your mailbox or in your common package box.
